Goldrush Groblersdal Terms and Conditions

Eligibility and Registration Requirements

Goldrush Groblersdal provides access to its gaming and promotional services exclusively to individuals aged 18 and older. Registration is mandatory to participate in online or in-venue offers. All users must verify their identity in compliance with FICA. Proof of ID and address will be required before full access is granted.

Only one account per individual is allowed. Creating multiple accounts for promotional or gameplay advantage will lead to deactivation of all duplicate accounts. Goldrush Groblersdal reserves the right to decline registration if identity verification fails or fraud is suspected.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Management

Deposits must be made from a bank account in the player’s name. For transactions over R10,000, users will need to submit documentation verifying the origin of funds. Withdrawals are only processed once deposits have been wagered at least once and may be subject to internal approval and payout limits.

Users are responsible for their login details and any activity conducted through their account. Any unauthorised access must be reported immediately to the support team.

Responsible Gambling and Fair Use

All gameplay at Goldrush Groblersdal must be for personal entertainment. Any use of scripts, bots or external software to influence outcomes is prohibited. The casino reserves the right to suspend any account showing irregular or abusive wagering patterns.

The venue promotes responsible gaming and provides assistance to customers showing signs of problem gambling. Users can request temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the customer support channels.

Promotional Offers and Bonus Use

All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods and usage restrictions. Misuse of any promotion—including bonus stacking, referral fraud or false identity creation—may result in disqualification from offers and forfeiture of winnings.

Bonuses are limited to one per user, household or IP address unless otherwise stated. Offers may be withdrawn or changed without prior notice at Goldrush Groblersdal’s discretion.

Privacy and Protection of Personal Information

Goldrush Groblersdal collects and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Data is used solely for account servicing, legal compliance, and marketing communications where consent is given.

Game Integrity and Liability

While Goldrush Groblersdal ensures all games are fair and regulated, the casino is not liable for losses due to system faults, connectivity issues, or player error. Bets placed during a technical disruption may be voided at the casino’s discretion.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, customers should first contact the Goldrush Groblersdal support team. If unresolved, disputes can be escalated to the KwaZulu-Natal Gambling and Racing Board. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Account Termination and Suspension

Goldrush Groblersdal may suspend or permanently close any account for breach of terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the platform. Repeated violations may result in permanent exclusion from all Goldrush-operated venues.

Service Availability

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance, upgrades or external network disruptions. Goldrush Groblersdal aims to restore access as quickly as possible but is not liable for downtime or interrupted play.
